Delivery policy
We do not do same-day delivery and we never will. Every bouquet is bought at market on the morning it goes out. That is the whole reason it looks the way it does, and it is why we need a day.
Order by 5pm and it goes on the next delivery day. After 5pm it moves on by one. You see the real date before you pay, never after.
Where we deliver
We hand-deliver to Epsom. By postcode district:
- Epsom — KT17, KT18, KT19
- £5.00, and free over £60.00.
You can check any postcode on the delivery page and it will tell you the fee and the first date we could get there.
Outside the area you are welcome to collect from the studio. The Petal Post, our monthly club, reaches the rest of the country by post.
When we deliver
We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We deliver during the working day and we cannot promise a time slot. If the flowers are for a particular moment, tell us in the order and we will do what we can.
We close on some dates and we fill up on others, particularly around Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. The date shown at checkout already accounts for both. If a date is not offered, it is full or we are closed.
If nobody is in
Tell us where to leave them and we will. A porch, a shed, a neighbour, a gate code. Flowers left in a safe place are your responsibility once they are there, so pick somewhere out of the sun.
With no instruction and no answer at the door, we take them back to the studio and contact you to arrange another day. We will keep them in water. A second attempt is free once. If the address you gave us was wrong, a further attempt may be charged.
How long it takes to arrive
We deliver on the date you were shown at checkout. By law, where no date is agreed, we must deliver within thirty days. We have never come close to that and if we ever cannot meet the date you were given, we will tell you before the day, not after.
If it arrives in poor condition
Send us a photograph within two days and we will replace the bouquet or refund it. We do not ask you to send flowers back. How that works is on the refunds page.
Collection from the studio
Collection is available by arrangement. There is no charge. Tell us in the order and we will have it ready.
