We buy your flowers at the market that morning. Nothing sits in a cold room waiting for an order.

Closed and travelling well. That is on purpose: a bouquet that arrives open has already used up its best days.

Trim the stems, use the flower food, and it reaches its fullest a couple of days in.

Looking after them
Trim two centimetres off the stems at an angle, use the flower food, and change the water every couple of days. Keep them out of direct sun and away from the fruit bowl: ripening fruit ages flowers faster than anything else in your kitchen.
