Christmas installations for Surrey venues
Foam-free wherever the design allows, with British-grown foliage where we can, installed and cared for by our Epsom studio from late November to January.
Hana Blossom is a floral studio in Epsom, Surrey, that designs, installs and maintains Christmas floral installations for hotels, restaurants, pubs and venues within about 15 miles of Epsom. Pieces go in the week of 23 November, are cared for through December and come out on 6 to 8 January, with no floral foam wherever the piece allows. Packages start from £850.

Work we have done
A floral fireplace for DIANA at Somerset House
For Fleurs de Villes DIANA at Somerset House in 2026, we dressed a period fireplace in white roses, gypsophila and blue delphinium, built on reusable mechanics and installed within the gallery’s access times. It is the reference for our entrance statement.

- On 6 to 8 January we restyle the same frames for winter: bare branches, hellebores, British narcissi

Add-ons: wreaths for bedrooms and suites from £45 each (minimum 6), table centres for Christmas menus and private dining from £35 each (minimum 8), staff-party florals from £250, and an extra care visit from £120.
A 50% deposit holds your dates and the balance is due on installation. We are not VAT registered, so prices are as shown. Other dates are possible: tell us yours.
How it works
From a call in October to January
Enquiry and call
Tell us about the venue below. We call to talk through the spaces, the look and your dates. October is the time.
Site visit and proposal
We walk the spaces, then send a written proposal with a design direction and a fixed quote.
Deposit books your date
A 50% deposit holds your install and de-install dates. The balance is due on installation.
Installation, late November
Week commencing 23 November, around your access times and quiet hours.
Care visits in December
Planned visits keep fresh elements fresh and everything tidy up to Christmas.
De-install in January
6 to 8 January we remove everything, or restyle it for winter.
Sustainability
Foam-free wherever the design allows
Floral foam is a single-use plastic that sheds microplastics, so we build on frames, chicken wire and water tubes wherever the design allows.
British-grown foliage where we can, with dried and preserved accents that last. We reuse our mechanics and compost what we can. With the seasonal refresh, one set of mechanics carries two looks.

Frequently asked questions
Do you use floral foam?
Only when a piece truly needs it. Most of our installations are built on reusable mechanics: frames, chicken wire and water tubes that we take away and use again.
Is it real or artificial?
Real. British-grown foliage where we can, such as fir, pine, eucalyptus, ivy and holly, with dried and preserved accents so pieces last the season.
How long does it last?
Through to Christmas. Planned care visits refresh the fresh elements, and the dried and preserved accents hold their shape throughout.
Do you provide insurance documents and RAMS?
Yes. We carry public liability cover and send the certificate, a risk assessment and a method statement before we install.
Are you VAT registered?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price in your proposal is the final price.
What happens in January?
We remove everything on 6 to 8 January. We reuse our mechanics and compost what we can, or we restyle the same frames into a winter piece if you choose the seasonal refresh.
How far do you travel?
Our studio is in Epsom and we install at venues within about 15 miles, across Surrey and south-west London. Further afield, ask and we will tell you honestly.
